Tonight, 100am CDT to 200am CDT we saw several FLASH RADAR “HAARP rings” occur in South Florida (out of the Key West NAS) .. and central Oklahoma (oklahoma city).
I have captured several screenshots from multiple systems.. these are all shots of the same event from multiple RADAR systems..
First we see both rings appearing in the same frame together.. Florida and Oklahoma…
