Here is a shot of current weather that has blown into the central Kansas area.. and hit the center of the ring directly with damaging winds and hail:
Yet again, severe weather hits the center of the “HAARP ring” frequency epicenter within 24-48 hours of the ring appearing on RADAR.

A frequency outbreak — or as I call it , “HAARP rings” — have appeared out of New York state —
Several towns named in the video… we need to watch these ring epicenters in NY for the threat of receiving severe weather (hail, damaging winds, and possible tornadoes)… usually this occurs within 24-48 hours of the “HAARP rings” appearing.

Also worthy to note the southern rings in the video… and scalar square over Knoxville, Tennesee .
