Saturday, November 12, 2011 — throughout the entire day — a series of frequency rings (HAARP rings as I call them) appeared out of Seattle and Spokane Washington , Portland Oregon, Boise Idaho, and Missoula Montana.

Watch these towns for the next 24-48 hours for severe weather.. strong cells.. heavy snow, possible damaging winds.

 

 

Here is a screenshot of the current Infrared satellite Northern Hemisphere view:  you can see the northerly , and southerly “split” the jet stream has formed.. the northern portion will be bringing additional strong  weather into the area.. and the ‘HAARP rings’ will direct that general front through those specific areas in its trek eastward.
