Another location which does not normally see much movement just experienced an earthquake.
A dormant volcanic butte near Kachina Village in Central Arizona just popped on the map with a magnitude 2.6 earthquake.
This event comes after a flurry of odd earthquakes in Michigan, Mississippi, and after movement at dormant volcanoes along the West coast.
All this movement in the United States comes on the heels of the announcement of a new volcanic eruption taking place off the West coast of the United States near Oregon.
