2/16/2012 — Possible Tornadoes develop INSIDE earlier ‘HAARP ring’ effected area

watch the video here:

==========================

What I call a “HAARP ring” appeared out of Nashville Tennessee at approx. 1pm CST on 2/15/2012.

I classify a ‘HAARP ring’ as a spike into the high radio frequency (and beyond) from a ground based station — which effects localized magnetism in the earths atmosphere — the pulse of high energy interacts with particulate matter in the air — this particulate matter is intentionally sprayed in order to aid with/induce weather modification.

I also have found out, there is a cross modulation effect which takes place once the electromagnetism has been “injected” into earths natural magnetic field by the man made ground based station… this cross modulation causes VHF (very high frequency) to be TRANSFORMED into VLF (very low frequency).

This cross modulation occurs through the atmosphere, into the ionosphere — as the magnetic pulse travels to its corresponding point on the other side of the planet (south hemisphere)… when the magnetic wave reaches its zenith-highest point away from earth  — THE SIGNAL CHANGES !  It transforms from a HIGH to a LOW frequency naturally!

Upon reaching its south pole destination — before  reaching the surface — the signal THEN RETRANSFORMS from VLF (very low) BACK INTO VHF (very high) !

Not to worry at the south pole point though.. thanks to another magnetic phenomenon called “conjugate point magnetics”….. simple breakdown of this concept…. when the signal is emitted from the ground based station in the USA.. it travels through the upper levels of the ionosphere and magnetosphere… and comes down to a corresponding point @ the south pole — but , before the magnetic charge goes to ground — the earths natural magnetism REFLECTS the pulse —- and it “bounces” back to the origin point.. which in this case , would be a ground based NEXRAD station which sent out the HF pulse to begin with.

This “cross modulation”.. and “pulse” of electromagnetic energy are then bouncing back and forth between the conjugate points — the pulse travels back and forth for several days — in the process it causes a magnetically charged ROTATION to occur at the base station emitting the signal — the rotation is occurring because the base station itself is rotating as it sends out the first pulse.  A magnetically charged rotating “spiral cone” is the best description if you could actually see it with your eyes.

ALL THIS OCCURS AT THE SPEED OF LIGHT .

It is my contention, that the electromagnetic pulses emitted from ground based stations, are having a cross modulation EFFECT on the actual forming of severe weather (also severe weather mitigation as well).  As the signal bounces back and forth, it ATTRACTS charged particles just as a powerful magnet would draw lesser magnetically charged items towards it…

The + (positive) or – (negative) charged “string” of magnetic energy — that travels from north to south pole — is ITSELF attracting and EXCITING charged (and latent) particles in the air…. Causing storms and vortex rotation to occur at the ROTATIONAL ground based station !

These particles are aerosols distributed by aircraft, ground based, and even space based system.  Nano-particles of  barium, strontium, aluminum, silver iodide, and even FERROUS metals such as iron sulphate.

My hypothesis is simply summed up as such:

Ground based systems, strategically placed across the world, are used to send HIGH and LOW frequencies into the atmosphere (ionosphere and magnetosphere), to excite small particles which have been strategically sprayed, in order to produce weather effects. (spraying particles such as barium, aluminum, iron sulphate, strontium, and silver iodide) Beaming High pulses into clouds of charged particles… this occurs for multiple days AFTER the original pulse is emitted from the ground based station.

Usually, within 24-48 hours AFTER the pulse is emitted from the ground based station, we see severe weather (damaging winds, hail, possible tornadoes) develop near AND HEAD STRAIGHT TOWARDS the area that produced the original VHF pulse.

Curious about what I call a ‘HAARP ring’?   Read more about the cross modulation, and conjugate point magnetism here:http://sincedutch.wordpress.com/2012/04/24/want-to-know-about-weather-modification-haarp-vlf-hf-and-chemtrails-want-to-prove-it-to-a-non-believer-here-you-go/

The screenshot below shows TITAN storm tracking @ 302am CST 2/16/2012 — plus RADAR view of Tennessee — clearly you can see the computer detected rotation — showing a possible tornado north of Nashville — heading northeast towards Kentucky.

The exact same spot we see in the video from 13 hours ago — near Nashville Tennessee — only now, instead of a FLASH on the RADAR — we’re seeing real life possible tornadoes develop.

——————————————-

Here is the video I recorded earlier (about 1pm CST on 2/15/2012) — showing the “HAARP ring” that spiked in AL, TN, KY, GA, and SC .

After seeing, and recording this spike into the high RF (radio frequency) — I issued the alert to be aware of the possibility of tornadoes that may hit the ring effected area.

alert video 13 hours prior to tornadic rotation development:  note at 3min 30 sec approx… you will see the area of NASHVILLE flash the ring epicenter — which I missed in the video obviously.. only after the fact review showed me this 100% ‘HAARP ring’ confirmation.
