11/2/2011 — ‘HAARP ring’ forecast confirmation — Red Cloud Nebraska southeast to Manhattan Kansas hit with Tornadoes / Hail / Damaging winds

Yesterday, I issued this forecast , calling for severe weather  (hail, damaging winds, possible tornadoes) for these areas– Specifically Manhattan Kansas, to Red Cloud Nebraska and Goodland Kansas to Burlington Colorado:

Confirmation :

Today, we see it.. a full sized BLIZZARD hits the western area of the “HAARP rings” from Burlington Colorado to Goodland Kansas — (seen above from yesterday).. and DAMAGING WINDS / HAIL DETECTED / POSSIBLE TORNADOES in between Red Cloud Nebraska and Manhattan Kansas

Blizzard from Burlington Colorado through Goodland Kansas.

Again, the center of the “HAARP ring” effected area is hit with severe weather.
